Auditorium

The Villa Henderson Conference Center has its fulcrum in the Auditorium, with over 120 comfortable seats (extendable up to 270/300 in remote interactive audio-video connection with the Temporary Exhibition Room).
The Auditorium is equipped with all modern technologies. The adjacent control room manages, through sophisticated equipment, the perfect functioning of the systems, including simultaneous translation in up to 6 languages. The Auditorium is accessed through the large Foyer, which can be used as an exhibition or trade fair space and for the distribution of material relating to the event. The secretarial and accreditation part of conferences can be carried out at the reception. 

The use of the Foyer is included in the rent of the Hall.

Basic technical equipment included in the room rental:
Raised chair table for 10 people, raised speaker podium, audio amplification with 4 gooseneck microphones for chair table and podium, natural and artificial lighting, armchairs with folding desk, air conditioning, blackout curtains.
